Is this a good idea for her birthday ???

Ok so this girl in grade 10 , shes a friend of mine...not lilke a best friend cuz im in grade 12 so we hang out with different crowds. So after my graduation this year its gonna be hard to still talk to her like i do now and be with her and do things that i do now at school since im gonna be movin on in september. So her birthday is in the summer holidays and i wanna do soemthin really speacial and i was thinking os showin up at her door that day with a huge box ( a present) and hopefully have her answer the door and then surprise her with a BIG happy birthday and give her a nice big hug. and as for the present ill prolly do something funny like a box with tangerines and then her gift under the tangerines to tease her a bit. So what do you think of my idea... since she prolly wont see me in like a month or two is it a good way to remind her of me... AND also how would i keep in touch with her thruoght the summer. I have her msn, # , and facebook but how do i get her to chill with me ??

Can he take my son away from me?

My soon to be ex-husband emotionally abused me for the last 4 1/2 years, the entirety of our marriage. I finally found the courage to leave and divorce him. We talked about a week ago about custody and et distribution and we both agreed that I would get my 3 year old son for 10 months out of the year, and he would get him for 2 months every summer as long as he is not deployed. We also agreed that we would alternate holidays with our son (ie 2011 my ex gets him for Christmas, 2012 I get him for Christmas... and so on with each holiday). I just talked to him a few minutes ago and he told me that if I have to go on any kind of public istance program (ie. welfare, food stamps, rent istance, wic etc.) that he would take my son away from me and the custody arrangement would be reversed meaning I get him for 2 months in the summer and he gets him the other 10 months. Is this legal? Can he do this? Is me going on public istance saying that I am an unfit mother? Please help!!!

I've decided 2 pull an all-nighter 2nite. I think im gonna workout all nite can I drink Designer whey after?

I want to workout all night to see what will happen....and also cause i'm not tired! After I do that, when its like 5 in the morning is it apporiate for me to drink a protien shake "Designer Whey" cuz that's what i always drink when i'm done working out?.

Should I go for another std and HIV test?

I have not been ually active for a while now. I went a couple of weeks ago, after my bf and I had broken up, to the health department to get an STD and HIV test. It had been right at 2 months after he and I had . All of my results came back negative including HIV. I have researched that HIV takes the longest (usually 3 months) to test for because you have to develop antibodies. Do you think the results were pretty accurate or do you think I needed to have waited another month?

One twin terrorising the other at night any help?

hey my girls are now 19 months sine 7 wks they have bot slept through and we have never had a problem with bedtimes however jasmine has started to literally terrorise faith at night she will steal covers and snuggles wake her upby pulling her out of bed stand faiths bed laughing while faiths stood next to the door screaming and nthing we seem to do helps we have tried putting her in a travel cot when shes have put her on aughty mat even resorting to putting her in a pushchair in the hallway on her ow just so faith can get some sleep we were going to try putting jasine to bed half hour early tonight then faith up later but by 6.30 faith is shattered and askin to go to bed but jasmine is no where near tired we have tried puttin each up when they say they are tired but when jasmine goes up she starts terrorising faith has anyone got any ideas??? also seperating them into seperate rooms is not an option as we only have 2 bedrooms
