How much electricity would an 11-watt light bulb use if left on for say 5 hours? And how much would this cost?

My flat mate argues that an 11-watt bulb does not use much electricity and can thus be left on constantly. I don't think this is very environmentally or economically friendly, can someone please give me some figures to back up my argument?! Thank you.
