Is it possible to play Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer against....?

Is it possible to play Call of Duty 4 on the Xbox 360 multiplayer against 2 computer controlled people. Me and My brother would like to play as a team against 2 computer drone players how would we set that up. We dont have Xbox live. Please help. Thank you!
