Ive been super paranoid. do i have hiv?

I gave oral a few times in the past i have never swallowed and no one has ever d in my mouth. I am worried because i keep getting sick and always have phlegm, last month i got a fever and cold symptoms, and keep getting canker sore breakouts. HELP!
