Make-Up Questions?

ok my old mascara, Mayabeline XXL dried out, it worked pretty well but it was to clumpy. I need to find a perfect mascara, can anyone help me. I have brown eyes, short eyelashes but i have a lot of it so it has volume, and they are all curled becasue i got a perm on my eyelashes (lol it may sound weird but i got my done at a beauty shop :] ) I need a mascara that can lengthen my lashes and and some volume and curl my hard to reach hairs, that doesnt clump, it doesnt leave my lashes hard as a rock and is reliabe :] and I dont really need waterproof. I dont care what the price is :]
