Speed of the sch-lc11 verizon mobile hotspot?

I need to know the transmit and receive rate of the Verizon sch-lc11 mobile hotspot when using 3g speed and not 4g. I have looked but all I can find is the speed when using 4g and in my area 4g is unavailable.
