Can the court mail you a summon (warrant of arrest) or police has to come physically?

Contact the police and ask if there is a court summons on yourself. Next call the proper court and see if a warrant or a summons has been issued in your name. If so, man up and be more careful in the future. Next time your driveway is blocked, call the police and they will most likely have it towed at the owners expense.
