Can he take my son away from me?

My soon to be ex-husband emotionally abused me for the last 4 1/2 years, the entirety of our marriage. I finally found the courage to leave and divorce him. We talked about a week ago about custody and et distribution and we both agreed that I would get my 3 year old son for 10 months out of the year, and he would get him for 2 months every summer as long as he is not deployed. We also agreed that we would alternate holidays with our son (ie 2011 my ex gets him for Christmas, 2012 I get him for Christmas... and so on with each holiday). I just talked to him a few minutes ago and he told me that if I have to go on any kind of public istance program (ie. welfare, food stamps, rent istance, wic etc.) that he would take my son away from me and the custody arrangement would be reversed meaning I get him for 2 months in the summer and he gets him the other 10 months. Is this legal? Can he do this? Is me going on public istance saying that I am an unfit mother? Please help!!!

Ok so I have no idea if these two symptoms are related, but I'll give it a shot. The past three weeks I have had pretty bad headaches almost everyday, it seems to go away with water but sometimes I can't drink enough water to make it go away.. and I mean I would have to drink a lot. Living with boyfriend...Leave or stay?

I recently moved in with my boyfriend. We've been together over a year, and now we have been living together for about a few months on the east coast where he got stationed.Prior to this, I was living across the country in the southwest, while we had a long distance relationship because he was stationed elsewhere. Getting to the point, I love him. I left my family,my car, friends, everything I know, and risked having to start over from scratch to be here with him. I got rid of a lot of things to make the move easier.At first it was very hard because we were always fighting. We get along fine now, but he knows I hate this place and so does he. Everything is so secluded, and the economy must have really hit hard here, because its been difficult for me to get a job. I know that could be part of the problem, however I have realized that job or not, I would still feel the same. I am a medical istant and want to pursue more with my future, and go back to school. I always feel that there's more work to do, and that I would like to be more involved in humanitarian causes. I guess what I am trying to say is that I would like to go back to my hometown and really focus on my life, and in giving back. When things happen, like catastrophes, I want to be there even if its across the world doing my part. I'm owned by an 8 1/2 yr old Mal named Yukon. He's my third and the joy of my life. He has been going to dog school since he was 9 weeks old. We are members of a group that perform to music with their dogs, we work on utility exercises and he is trained to pull a wagon. I mention all this to show how I've tried to give him a 'job' to do and things to stimulate him mentally. I second the person who suggested working at a Malamute rescue. Perhaps attend a confirmation show or obedience competition. Try to get some exposure to large breeds. Dog school is a requirement! Your Mal will need to be socialized. I would also recommend watching/reading Cesar Milan. Perhaps the local dog school instructor could evaluate you as to whether you have the right personality to own a Mal. When I see a dog having issues It's often related to the handler and issues they have transferring to the dog. I do not have a fenced yard for my Mal. I work outside the home so am gone for 10 hrs a day. He was crate trained as a puppy and eventually was able to be loose in the house. We have large windows so he can see out in all directions. When we lived for a year in a house with fewer, small windows this was a problem. He was not happy to hear activity outside and not be able to see what was going on. This could be a problem for you in an apartment. I believe who you are and how you handle yourself will make all the difference. I have hypothyroidism and my dr was having me come in for several blood tests a year, at a point, as often as once a month, till the thyroid levels in my blood were steady and healthy & my meds seemed like the right dose for me. there were a few yearly physical exams w/ blood tests as well. Infant Feeding Schedule.. Is this alright?

Awww Congrats...i have a baby she's 3 weeks today. I pump and feed directly. I have her on a 3 hours schedule she wasn't waking up on her own to eat either to be honest they sleep Alot at first their still getting use to being outside of your womb. So when she sleep you should b sleeping also then in about 2 weeks you can put her on a schedule if you want but u can also let her sleep and sleep when sleeps then feed her When she wakes up. Feed her directly and the baby will stop drinking on her own then burp her real goose change her diaper either before or after he or she eats and the baby will be sleep until she's ready to feed again.

a lot of times its poor diet that will affect people in this way. its good that you are seeing a doctor as it does seem to be more involved than just eating too much crappy foods. when i neglect proper nutrition or eat too much dairy my whole digestive cycle goes out of wack similar to what you are describing. probably not your problem but its something to consider.

Can anything legally be done to a landlord when tenants are harring their neighbor and landlord is aware?

I have been living in a twin, now for 3 years the upstairs tenants who live next door to me have been getting drunk, make loud noises, plays music way too loud which pounds through the walls and they have done other things. Landlord is friendly with them and lives down below on 1st floor next door, he knows how loud they are. I have spoken with him and have had to call the cops several times, but the cops nor the land lord really does much in the way to stop the noise. They are intimidating. Suggestions to add to my daughter's therapy gym?

I am making my daughter a gym in the basement to do therapy in. Here are her diagnosises. Obsessive compulsive dissorder, Sensory integration Dissorder, Pervasive developemental dissorder or Atypical Autism, Fine motor dyspraxia, and Impulse control dissorder. Here's what I have so far, a 38 inch trampoline, a 10 foot ball pit, a rock wall, a typipcal playground swing, about 100 sq. feet of foam mats, and a slide. I have a peg board wall piece that I would like to make into a sensory wall. My budget is aproximately 600.00 and I have thus far spent about 350.00. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am really really at a loss for the sensory wall btw.

It all depends on how your body reacts to the piercing. I have heard stories of awful things happening but mine never really bothered me. I don't even think that mine swelled very much. Best of luck and be sure to keep if very clean. I used sea salt solution that I got from my piercer and that worked really well. Teenage Depression Issues?

Im 12. i would like to strait my life out. like twice a week i cry for no reason. i really want to stop this. its very annoying. Also when i get mad i go to the bathroom and cut my arm with a blade. Okay so my cat is a stray that I took in a couple years ago when she was pregnant. She's the sweetest thing, but she pees all over stuff and I swear it coincides with when she's in heat. Two Periods in One Month?

I am currently using birth control and just recently had my period the 13th of this month. It is now the 26th and yesterday i started bleeding again. I did miss out on taking my bc pills for 3 days but last month that happened too and i know a way of keeping on track if that were to happen. So it is strange for me to have gotten my menstrual cycle two weeks later and this has never happened to me. This time around it feels just like i'm getting my period all over again the bleeding and everything is the same just as if my month was up to have it again. I have read several things that could cause this from possibly being pregnant to having some sort of malfunction in my ovaries and the like. not to mention ovulation, and i get the basic gist of ovulation but what exactly does that have to do with having a period early? Travis Wood, Jeremy Hellickson, or Edinson Volquez. They all have potention. Hellickson probably has the most potential, but he is only 23 and one mistake people make in baseball is keeping people to early and then missing their breakout. Hellickson was good last year, but he only made four starts. Even if he breaks out this year, he is likely to get shut down around 150-170 innings. Travis Wood had a very good rookie season, is ball strike ration was impressive. He might get knocked around, however, in his second full season. Volquez will be attempting his first full season since Tommy john surgery. The Tommy Johny does have a pretty high success rate, but it could take Volquez a few months to bounce back. Although his numbers weren't great last year after he returned, his strikeouts were still there (67 k's in 62 2/3 innings).

25 weeks pregnant and found light blood on my toilet paper?

It happened after I wiped my after urinating. I like to make sure my is completely dry so I wipe it 2-3 times sometimes roughly. we have two outside cats who both had liters two weeks apart, they keep the babies together in the woods, because we needed the boat, they anitially were born in. There must have gotten attacked because now there is only six total kittens there was 8 and the mothers nose is cut. they took all five of the kittens earlier in the day and put them back in the boat, latter that evening i found the runt lying in their old nesting area by itself. why would she leave the runt, is it intentional? or were they too hungry and wanted to get somthing to eat before moving them? like a break!!! i brought the baby to the mama on our porch, she licked it and let it feed. so will she take care of the baby and bring it back to the boat? both mamma's were born outside here as well.

My fiance's co-worker?

I feel so bad and the same time it felt so right, my fiancee is a construction worker and got an accident few weeks ago, he fell off the ladder and hit his head so bad that he is in coma now and doctors say he might not make it. Well sounds like you probably fried the switch, i'd try replacing that if it doesn't solve your problem, be prepared to start tracing wires. Start from the affected area and trace it all the way back. You could have melted a wire which is causing it to short out or you could, have killed a relay as well. Did you just check the fuses under the dash, because there is probably another fuse box under the hood as well where you can check some of the relays.

I'm uming you're refering to BCT in the Army. And NO, you will not be allowed off base. You will not have time to go off base. You will have a full days schedule almost every single day. The days you do get some personal time, I suggest you rest as much as possible. It is not worth the risk to try doing things you aren't supposed to do. Keep your nose clean, it's only for 8 weeks, you can do it. At AIT, you will have much more freedoms and it will probably be a little more relaxed. Unless you're infantry, then it's like an extended BCT. LOL Good Luck

So I only get to see her once a year now. I also live in New York, so when I miss her a lot I go to Chinatown and go to a restaurant she used to take me. Since your mom's only in Virginia, try to visit her more often.
