Name the food?

right i was in a water park in florida about 2 years ago, and had this thing, it was basicly made out of thin stands of doughnut mix poured into hot oil in a random way so it just merged together and it made a kind of waffle like cake, then it was covered in caster suger ... WHATS IT CALLED ??? lol
