Do roofies make u throw up?

I went to a party last night and I've been feeling drunk since then. Do roofies make u feel drunk or do they make u throw up cuz I think someone slipped them in my drink. How long does it take for the effect to wear off and how long am i gonna be throwing uo anf feeling drunk for?
