Infant Feeding Schedule.. Is this alright?

Awww Congrats...i have a baby she's 3 weeks today. I pump and feed directly. I have her on a 3 hours schedule she wasn't waking up on her own to eat either to be honest they sleep Alot at first their still getting use to being outside of your womb. So when she sleep you should b sleeping also then in about 2 weeks you can put her on a schedule if you want but u can also let her sleep and sleep when sleeps then feed her When she wakes up. Feed her directly and the baby will stop drinking on her own then burp her real goose change her diaper either before or after he or she eats and the baby will be sleep until she's ready to feed again.
