How can i?

how can i shut my brother up.he always makes fun of me and my friends and always puts me down.hes a whole foot taller than me and way more athletic.nobody helps me and they help put me down. when i try and fight him he pushes me away really hard.i feel trapped and cant shut him up about dissing me.i try to make fun of him but he always talks over me and yells.i need to know how to shut this kid up or things will turn ugly.
