If the world is asking for the prosecution of surviving perpetrators???

of the Katyń macre (m execution of 21,768 Polish citizens ordered by Soviet authorities on March 5, 1940) as acts of genocide then would it be correct to clify the killings of red Indians by Western settlers in USA as genocide?
