25 weeks pregnant and found light blood on my toilet paper?

It happened after I wiped my after urinating. I like to make sure my is completely dry so I wipe it 2-3 times sometimes roughly. This time I found a little bright red blood this is not the 1st time but it was more, like a small lipstick smear. I wiped again and again and more of this light reddish discharge kept coming. It was bright red but light as in flow. It's only when i wipe. I called kaiser they transferred me to labor and delivery bc I'm 25 weeks today and theyre telling me to come in. What do yout hink i should do? Am I over-reacting and I just happened to sc my or could it be something serious? what should I do?
