Question for guys... please answer?

Does he like me? Okay so there is this guy me and my friend have been hanging out with. He is 3 yrs older than us. (out of school) He is very well mannered and respectful towards women. Well so we went over to his house the last two nights and just watched tv with him but my question is, he is very flirtly with both of us. But he will rub my arm and put his legs on me and lay his head on me and stuff like that. He is always grabbing my hand so I can't get away when he tickles me, and he even came up with a nickname for me. (He does a little of this stuff with my friend, but not as extreme.) When we had to leave he gave me a hug and rubbed my back... So what does it mean?... thanks...
