What kind of nutcase warns a KID that the "world is coming to an end?

I'm not sure I understand your anger. If you could reference the question it would better help us know what you are talk about specifically. People, even Christians, are human and are subject to making mistakes. Their intentions are good but their means are not. Yes, reurance would be helpful in this situation but a Christians our first responsibility is to the soul of the individual. The Bible says that we know not the time nor the place when the end comes. We could live until a ripe old age or die tomorrow. It could be generations before Christ comes again or it could be tomorrow. The real advice depends on whether or not this person is saved. If she is not than damnations awaits for her but if she is than eternal life becomes her reward. Sometimes, as a Christian, I forget that some people want to be told that all is o.k. and that they do not have to worry about tomorrow. Unfortunately I cannot force myself to make that statement. I am obligated to testify to truth of what the Bible says is to come, like it or not. Yes, the end is near, either by natural causes or through the second coming is uncertain. The only thing that one can take comfort in is the knowledge that salvation through Jesus Christ is offered to all. In accepting it, fear of what tomorrow will bring fades and is replaced with a peace in the knowledge that regardless of what tomorrow brings life eternal awaits. If you are not save, may you heart be opened to recieve his salvation. If you are, may God bless and keep you safe.
