Scrambled eggs sticking to glware – would PAM help with clean-up? Any suggestions besides going hungry?

I chow on 3 each morning and microwave them. Would anything coating gl or Corell cookware (in the microwave) make my clean-up (hand washing) something less than a dreaded task?
