Is this supposed to be GOOD?

I'm 21 years old, and I can't take this as something good. If somebody on a dating site is talking to you and refers to you in the end of a sentence as "baby boy" (granted, I hadn't told her my name by this point), is it just supposed to be seductive, or just degrading? because i'm not a baby. She gave me her number at the end of the conversation. Truthfully, I have no idea. I'm also still torn between the two ideas of love and lust. I don't trust anybody to openly be myself around (besides my close friends and even then I keep a lot of my thoughts to myself because they're just deep and not typical stuff that guys talk about).
