Going to Vietnam. Where's the best place to change money, Airport, Buerau de Change or hotel etc?

Dollars are accepted most everywhere, although it's good to have both Dong and dollars with you. Some jewelry shops often offer the best exchange rate, and the airport isn't too bad for exchanging enough currency to get you by, banks and currency exchangers will be comparable, avoid changing at hotels as the rates will usually be much worse. Just remember to convert any dong back to dollars or sterling before you leave Vietnam, the Dong is still considered a soft currency and will be next to impossible to exchange outside of Vietnam.
